[Introduction]
This product is suitable for polyester chemical fiber, the treated fabric has a good handle and pendulous sense, does not produce pan frost phenomenon. Only very low dosage can achieve higher flame retardant effect.

[Product features]
1. Excellent and durable fire-retardant effect, reach the British Standard BS5852.
2. Almost have no effects on the fabric handle.
3. Excellent washing-resistance ability, after repeated washing, still can through the vertical burning test.
4. No halogen, accord with the demand of ecological environmental protection.
5. Do not influence fabric indicators, have no influence on the handle, color and moisture permeability of fabric, do not reduce the strength of the fabric.
6. Good safety performance, no irritant smell, non-toxic, no allergic reaction to the skin.
[Usage]
Flame retardant finishing:
G-ZRP: 150~250g/L, let the fabric weight increase rate reach the weight of 3~6%.
Use soda ash or 10~20% caustic soda to adjust PH value of working liquid to 6.0~6.5.
Padding: fabric → twice dipping and padding (mangle expression 70~80%) → drying (100~120℃) → baking (190~205℃*2min) → 45℃ warm water washing, cold water washing, drying
[Notes]
1. Before adding other additives should do compatibility experiment.
2. Baking temperature must be controlled strictly, otherwise will influence the washing-resistance ability and flame retardant effect.
3. For some special dye, color shade change test should be done before production.
[Storage]
Placed in a cool, dry place, storage period is 6 months.
